I had never shopped at Pandora. My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for our anniversary this year . He went to Jared's first and was ignored. I guess cause he was in his work clothes they thought he couldn't afford to be in there. So at the end of the day when he told me what happened. I was so upset I called corporate and told them and said look at your camera's at this time today. You will see this car pull up and this man walk in and nobody help him. The lady said ok took all the information but I never heard from them either. Not a call back or email with an apology. So we will never shop there again. I went to the mall to get my ring cleaned and told my jeweler there what happened and he is the one who told me about Pandora being in Mall of Georgia. So glad he did. I told my husband he went there and surprised me days later with my bracelet and a beautiful jewelery box came with it. I took it back yesterday to get it sized and Melanie helped me. She was the best. Really nice and patient with great customer service. Now that store knows how to treat you when you walk in the door. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much....
Stopped in to purchase some charms for my mother's bracelet for her birthday. The store appears to always stay busy. That is a good sign in retail. My Pandora expert took her time and was well versed on thier inventory. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. Stepped in and stepped out of Pandora with the items I was looking for.
Terrible customer service. I went in two separate times and was not even acknowledged. Even when busy, it's still polite to try to multitask and acknowledge people who are waiting.
Was here for mother day and gave my wife a ring for $90, she deserved for being a mother, she bought a nice ring for her mom for $80 and i saw one of the same style but necklace for $95 so i purchased that for her mom too, so she had a set ring and necklace for mother day.. she better be happy lol! I love everything in this place but i cant afford anything in this place! If you want a starter bracelate for cheap, starting at $60 but with charms and stuff added you will end up with atleast $100 to $300.. but they also have a bundle you can buy for i think if I'm not remembering wrong, $180 and it comes with alot more than should pay for if you planing to buy single charms to add to the bracelate. I like this place and will come back for more when i have money, well i mean my wife like this place and will make me come back for more when i have money haha!
Terrible service!!! No smile no greet no nothing...I came to exchange my bracelet my boyfriend bought for me 2 days ago...what I got was the super intimidating face with no smile...it's the white short girl that's SUpEr not nice...everybody else was nice. Had to talk to the manager bout her attitude. I hope she knows how to serve customers better! If not she should just quit and don't work!
I have been to this store many of times and the service is USUALLY okay at most but always pretty slow. Today, I went into the store and one family was already in there getting helped. My friends and I stood there for a good 30 minutes until another representative felt like helping us. They continued to skip over us and help other customers in there and it was because we are 18 which I find absolutely ridiculous. We asked politely if they could help us next and they responded with "no, you aren't next" but we had already been standing there for 30 minutes! Ridiculous! Anyways, I got the help I needed after every other customer that wasn't a "kid" received help and after I demanded I got help". I wouldn't bother going there though bc they don't go in order of who got there first and you could be standing there for a good amount of time.
I bought my mother a bracelet from this location last year, for her fiftieth birthday. The service was lackluster, as was the service when I returned several times over the last 8 months to get charms for her bracelet. The final straw was when I went in the store for Mother's Day yesterday. When I initially entered the mall, there was a line, so my boyfriend and I went elsewhere, in order to let the line die down. When we came back, there was no line and room at the counter. Naturally, we entered the store and began looking at the trays of charms under the glass. We were immediately accosted by a women behind the counter helping another customer asking us to leave the store, there was a line, and someone would be with us shortly. My response was something along the lines of "We're not allowed to look?" The sales person backpedaled immediately, as my voice tone made it quite clear I felt insulted. Apparently, as a young woman dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, I did not look like their normal clientele, which just makes me angrier to think about. I am young professional who prefers to dress down during the weekend. Not to mention, it was MOTHERS DAY. Lots of people of all kinds were there to spend their money on the women in their life. When I had (quickly) selected a charm, and entered the checkout line, the same woman came up and said she was "sorry if she offended us" she just wanted us to get the "customer service we deserved". Since when is kicking your customers out of the store good customer service? I will not be back to this location. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to fill my mothers bracelet.
