Alyssa was great and very helpful!! I really appreciated all of her assistance!!! I love Pandora products!! This is also the best location in town. They definitely have my business and I will be returning for sure.
Eh..Disappointing. I have always walked by Pandora stores but have never actually stopped in so we decided to check it out. The store was tiny and it was a bit crowded. The bracelets and charms are super cute and the service was OKAY except the lady who helped us was super pushy. I got a bracelet but wasn't ready to add any charms at that particular moment but she kind of made me feel bad for not wanting charms. It kind of felt like the bracelet wasn't good enough without the charm. It was so bizarre because she started off very sweet but her attitude changed quickly. I probably will not visit this Pandora location again when I am in Vegas but if you like the store, you should give it a try. They did have really nice charms and bracelets for both men and women. I hope this review helps you decide on where to get some pretty jewelry while shopping in Vegas! :)
I honestly think that Pandora Jewelry is basically the wearable Zippo of the jewelry industry. Zippo tends to have a firm MSRP whereever state you go, and I think Pandora is exactly the same in the pricing. Which is nice if you're going into another state and just want a small trinket for yourself (or a friend). Which is basically what happened the last time hubby and i was in Vegas. I saw a Pandora, wanted to see what items they have, and walked out a little poorer. They do have exclusive Vegas charms, so definitely come here if you're looking for that unique gift. Staff was fine. They helped us immediately when we walked in, I was able to pick out a few things to my liking, asked all the questions I could possibly have, and was able to look at other items that I normally wouldn't be able to look at if the store was super busy or super full. The only qualm is that the store is small, so when it gets busy, it gets extremely crowded. Also, the jewelry quality really isn't the best. It's all fashion and name, but the jewelry does basically bronze if you don't wear it for some time. It can definitely tarnish. But, it is cute, and it is nice to be able to do your own kind of customization on jewelry. Would I come back? Probably. I do think their charms and stackable rings are cute, but each item is easily an average of $60 for something simple, and definitely more if you go for gold or more bling/glitz.
I'm honestly so ridiculously impressed with Pandora. I purchased a crown ring from them almost a year ago in Vegas on the strip, then about a month ago my finger got smashed in a door and my ring broke in half. Although I didn't have the receipt or any information I figured I would attempt to email them to see if they would replace it, and to my surprise they did! They emailed me a slip for packaging to send it back so they could replace it. They kept me updated throughout the process, then emailed me a tracking number for the new one. They replaced the broken one with a brand new ring. The broken ring I bought a year ago, for less then $60 and didn't have any info on it. THEY ARE AMAZING when it comes to customer service.
PROS : friendly staff full selection of charms/bracelets "lucky dice" charm is available paying is easy, they'll swipe your card on the spot instead of at the register CONS : none to date TIPS : know what you want before you go OVERALL : Whenever I'm near a mall with a stand alone Pandora store, I usually end up adding to my collection. Mind you, this doesn't happen often as I'm not the type to buy charms willy nilly! Most of mine have been birthday/holiday gifts from the Husband so all have meaning and sentimental value. Anyway! The lady that helped me was friendly and patient as I was undecided between two charms. Once I made up my mind, paying was a breeze. She didn't try to entice me to buy more charms either, which I appreciate. I dislike pushy sales associates! She scanned my card through an iPhone, emailed my receipt to me and I was on my merry way - quick and easy!
They have about 6-7 ladies working at this location due to the fact that it is so busy at the forum shops with the trafficking! I can say that I was able to get my very EXCLUSIVE Las Vegas charm here only because you can only buy that in LAS VEGAS! They have a huge selection of charms and bracelets and some exclusive charms too! When I was there they were just releasing their new disney line of charms! Go and get yours now! Just make sure you know what your looking for before heading into the store! I wanted a LV charms and I sure did some out with one exclusively from this location in vegas!
So my husband and I went to Las Vegas for the first time on Monday afternoon for our honeymoon and we decided to get ME a Pandora bracelet to remind us of the wonderful time we had. We had the pleasure of receiving great assistance from Liz. Honestly one of my best experiences I've had to date at this store. Will come back to shop next time i'm in town.
Okay, this review is long overdue, but I just had the worst experience at Pandora Queens Centre Mall in NYC that I remember the verrrrry nice lady at Pandora Fashion Strip Mall Las Vegas who helped me select my first ever set of charm bracelets in 2012. Until now, I remember her kindness and patience in helping me select my charms. She was very positive and never pressured me. She convinced me, though, to take the Vegas dice because they are limited edition, and it was a good decision. She was a single mom to a teen-age boy who moved to Vegas to start a new life. If ever Pandora is reading this, please promote her to Staff Development Leader...then let her teach the ones at Queens Centre Mall how to do it right. She knows what she is doing and she doing it from her heart. When I return to Vegas, I will sure go back to her and experience a magical purchase again ( one I was robbed of here at Queens Mall NYC).j
I purchased a Las Vegas exclusive charm and was told by my Pandora store it is not an authentic charm so BEWARE. The black enamel wore off, never had that happen on an authentic charm before and also the charm is NOT sterling silver. I called this store and got no reply. Not a friendly environment to purchase in. Employees are not well trained in their product. Will not be purchasing here again as I question their ethics.
This is just like any other Pandora Jewelry shop. The only difference is that they offer the lucky dice. It is actually a charm that was originally retired, however now it can only be picked up in Vegas. I had to pick up two - one for me and one for my mom - that way we can always remember our time in Vegas Baby!
I was in Las Vegas for a short vacation and decided to stop into this shop to get a couple new charms for my Pandora bracelet. The first time I went in, it was a madhouse. Absolute insanity. So, I went back a second time a day later. I found the store empty. I was met by the friendliest woman and she helped me find everything I was looking for. I found six charms that I love and the service was impeccable. Cannot say enough that I recommend this store and its service.
Super friendly shop, nice workers. I got the lucky dice. I asked if the shop had anything exclusive to LV and they directed me to some new (boring) winter stuff and the dice. I paid with a card, no hassle there. It's a nice little treat for yourself while you're away on vacation. A lot of what's in this mall is waaaaaay too expensive (a Chanel scarf, 18"x18" = $385) but this is pretty accessible to most Americans.
Went to Vegas with my sister and we wanted to get a charm to remember our trip. The clerk was pleasant and knowledgeable, but seem disappointed that we only wanted to purchase two charms.
On Wednesday I went to the Pandora at Fashion Show Mall to buy the dice. The bracelet was a recent BD gift. The very helpful sales woman showed me the newest charm....a silver dangle with the Welcome to Vegas sign!!! So I bought both!! She also rearranged my charms to showcase the dice. Very happy with charms and service
This location is just as nice as the other store located in Honolulu. I didn't buy anything at this one since our State tax is cheaper back home but such a magical charm store that's sure to please any collector!
