I wanted to return a jewelry after losing my debit card, but Bayridge pandora employees were so rude and far away from solving the problem. They did not care at all, because they did now want to make an effort about this. They said I could just get store credit, which is ridiculous, because my new debit card was linked to same old account! I was so frustrated and honestly I always go shopping to Pandora, I was ready to put this brand on my black list! So I went to Atlantic Terminal Pandora and just talked to other employees about this matter. Kassandra who works at Atlantic Pandora is an amazing employee! First of all she listened to me, she cared about my problem and made effort to solve also my problem in the blink of eye. Bay ridge employees should take her as an example because she is excellent pandora sale representative. I will definitely go back to shop at Atlantic Terminal Pandora thanks to her! Kassandra should be rewarded by Pandora because she has terrific communication skills, she is qualified and hardworking! Pandora should let employees like at Bayridge go! Because they are damaging the brand.
One of the worst location by far. Came in and tried purchasing charms for my mom and they hardly had any stock. The worst part was the employee was rude and acting as if she was doing me a favor! The young woman "helping me" was really nice to a loud lady trying to return/exchange really old gift sets for credit without a receipt or account. Mind you I'm wearing 4 bangles from pandora at the time. Keep helping the people trying to scam you over good, long-standing, repeat paying customers.... you'll be out of a job soon. Will I be back here? No thank you, there are more locations to buy from.
Really uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the service. The sales associate kept whispering to each other while I'm standing right there. So freaking rude! And obvious
I know the Save more event is probably stressful to the staff because it increases the customers and demand on the workers, but sales person Lisa was the most uninterested sales person ever,no conversation and overall did not look like she wanted to be there. She even mentioned to a co-worker she could not wait till she go home. I think this location needs customer service retraining overall. I have been to locations in Boston,D.C and West Palm Beach location and the sales associates greet you within 5 secs as you enter and even suggest items to go along with whatever items you decided to buy aka up sell . Whatever training those locations went to they need to send the Atlantic ave location because that is the only location I have visited in NYC. I can not speak for other locations in NYC. The Pandora brand charges the same throughout the United States , I heard that each store is independently owned but that's no excuse for this type of service.
So I was in this Pandora store between 6pm to 7pm. I came in the store and asked for help I had one lady who avoided me to go to the next customer who had came in after me, another one who claimed she was on the phone and she would get back to me,but never did and then one who rolled her eyes coming over to assist me. I asked for a charm bracelet for a kid who was about 7 months. She said rudely we do not sell bracelets for kids so young. I was disappointed, so I asked if she was sure and had anything for kids? since it seems buying a bracelet is not an option. She replied by saying " You know what I can sell you the wrong item instead" and decided to only show me 4 pair of earring for kids. Out of hundreds of jewelry in the store she could only find four and give me attitude??? That should never be a response a customer has to hear!! all the employee had to say was "no miss." So I asked one more employee and she showed me a variety of earrings that a child could wear like about 10 different pairs,so that other employee lied .....And that same employee who was rude to me kept starring at me viciously until I left the store I got a pair of earrings, but I would have gotten them sooner if the customer service was good The customer service needs to change at Pandora Who can buy anything nice for someone or themselves with so much negativity and a unfriendly attitude from the employees in the store.
I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this pandora shop. The sale person who is a African American young men named "Q". He showed no respect and zero professionalism during the full duration of the services. He walked away from me while serving me and then I asked if he can come over to help me, he said yeah I know I'll be there but then he went to serve another costumer. I asked him twice to come over and he pretend he didn't hear it. I feel disrespected by how he responded to me. I said to him that I waited for you for the past five minutes for you to come over and he said oh haha yeah the past five minutes? He laughed. I do not understand why pandora hire such people who are not even ready to work. He seemed like he didn't care about the customers and showed no passion for his work. He continuously chatting and laughing with staff and worked very slow in processing my payment. If you don't want to service people please don't work as a sales person. Dear Pandora please provide better training to your staff and a higher standard for hiring.
I wanted to try some new jewelry so I looked around this store on my way from Target. It was crowded with women who were being served by sales associates so I had to wait a few minutes, but a young woman asked me if I needed help as soon as she was free. I told her I was interested in a ring and she let me try on two diff sizes. She was very patient with me as well which I def appreciated. I walked out with my first Pandora piece afterward so I want to return and check out some more. The selection seemed pretty good, I am not sure what other Pandora stores look like so I can't compare. The jewelry displays were gorgeous and I sang along to 90s R&B as I browsed lol. My only gripe is that this shop is so tiny but otherwise, it was a nice experience for my first time.
I enjoyed my Pandora experience today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Isaiah was my sales associate today. He listened to what I wanted and also asked for what occasion. I was buying my sister's first Pandora set for her birthday. After I picked out her set, he proceeded to advise for $5.00 more I can get her the promotion advertisied which was a cute set in a beautiful box. I went for the promotion. Knowledgeable in what you sell is a plus for me. I also got my bracelet and chain set cleaned while I was shopping around. No lines and quick service. Thanks Isaiah!!!
Had a FANTASTIC experience at Pandora yesterday! They had plenty of staff on hand and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, even though it was crowded. The woman who assisted me was very attentive- I was looking for small earrings for a baby. She showed me a few selections and was very knowledgeable about the prices. She even referred to the catalog if she wasnt sure, taking the extra step. I'm so sad I cant recall her name right now, but she really turned my entire attitude around about this Pandora location. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!
I'll give two stars for the place being clean, and well organized. But one star for the sales associate who started to help me, but then dropped me to help a bunch of teenagers figure out a ring size. I don't know, I was serious about purchasing my first bracelet but will not be at this location.
The sales people are good - definitely helpful. The manager on the other hand, is a complete 180. My boyfriend tried to exchange/return some items he purchased at this store and was given a horrible attitude by the aforementioned manager. She was on break, did not have her name tag on, and was apparently upset about having to help us. But I have worked in retail before and if there is any rule to live by, especially for items that require customers returning, it is customers come first. Plaster on a smile if you have to. I am disappointed. It is CERTAIN we will never return to this Pandora. I completed the remainder of my exchanges and purchases at Soho - who helped us with a smile. It was such a pleasure to be there. Perhaps they should undergo some shadowing/training before running a store.
Went into the store today to buy a few charms for my existing Pandora braclet. Very hard to get any attention. At the check out the computer terminals were having problems and kept declining my transactions. After several tries they finally rang me up on another device. Not one apology for the wasted time I spent waiting for this issue to get taken care of in addition to the undue embarrassment of having my card declined (I have excellent credit and the card was in good order). In fact the woman helping me didn't thank me for my business but instead said "your welcome" as I turned to leave. Since when do customers have to thank a business for spending their money with them? Teach your associates better manners Pandora.
Went in looking for a ring, and Ishmael's service was excellent! He spoke to me as soon as I walked into the store, which doesn't happen too often. He took time to measure my finger, and explain the rings that they had. He paid close attention to detail, and wasn't in a rush. His professionalism was much needed!
I went into the store with my mom to get our bracelets cleaned. It was me, my mom and about two other customers in the car and they told me that no bracelets was being cleaned because of the holiday. It was about EIGHT staff members in there standing around doing NOTHING at all. They definitely could've cleaned the bracelet especially because the store was clearly empty. The female was very rude also. This is why I never come to this Pandora to buy anything. The store is extremely clean and it's never a line but the customer service sucks.
Wtf do these idiots have a signup sheet for when it's only five people in this ghetto ass store?? Why hasn't this location shuttered?? Who is in charge of this shoebox????!
Worse customer service ever. They not only were rude, and unhelpful but when I asked for the manager it turned out SHE WAS the manager. When I asked to try on rings, I was made to feel like I was bothering her for "taking up her time". She had the nerve to tell me "that's why I gave you the magazine to look at the rings first", as if I was completely inconviencing her. Last time I waste my time AND my money here.
The reason for the 2 stars is because I pass it on my commute so it seems convenient. However it is not mainly because on numerous occassions they will not have the items i want in stock. Today it was a Disney charm and a bracelet not in stock. So it is frequently disappointing. Also the sales associates at this location will not explain the sale or promotion. Today i went to Pandora location on Broadway in Manhattan after visiting the Atlantic terminal store The difference between these two stores like night and day. At the Broadway location i was fully informed of the sale and my options. The sales person was super helpful and sugguested so many things. I think there is a lot of room for improvement at Pandora Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn
I went because it was convenient but they just have terrible customer service. When I questioned some of their "practices" or asked questions about the different products, the sales persons kept looking at each other, rolling their eyes, and didn't bother being discreet. Just arrogant attitude that totally matches the whole atmosphere of that mall anyway. Loud sales people too. You would expect Pandora to be some kind of refined brand. Mostly sent the vibe to be loud and vulgar. This is not the only store in NYC. I would much prefer travel farther to get a good customer service than have to deal rude sales rep.
1) They sold me a USED bracelet. 2) Worse customer service I've ever had with Pandora. Sorry for the long story ! My friends and my mom are big fan of Pandora, but I never had the desire to get myself one until I saw the buy 100 get 1 free bracelet promotion in early April. I bought a few charms and upgraded my free bracelet to rosegold one as my birthday gift. I also got another free bracelet which I am going to give it to my mom. But I wasn't sure her size, I thought I would get the smallest one first since she's pretty thin. It turns out too small, so I took the bracelet and the receipt to the store at 34 st. (well, you can exchange them in different store.) 1) The lady in 34 st store took a look of my bracelet (I never ever touch it since I got it, it won't fit my wrist anyway.) and she said she can't exchange it because this bracelet is USED. I told her I never wear it but they said by looking at the bracelet, they can tell it's heavily USED before cuz it's not firm and not as shiny as the new one. So ladies and guys, THE NEW BRACELET should be firm, not like the bangle but it shouldn't be soft or can be bend easily. This is unacceptable! Let's not talk about if the sale person knew that's a used one, how would the company/store put a USED product by to the stock and resell to another person? Second, there were 3 people who took care of my purchase, (the one who showed me all the products, the one at the cashier, the one wrapped it into the gift box) there's no way that all of them had no idea that's a USED bracelet. 2) The lady who helped me with my purchase did not used the tray that they put/show your bracelet/charms/bla bla on. She just hold all the charms and my bracelet in her hand the whole time until I asked her if she can find a tray. She then rolled her eyes and asked someone to get her one. First, be considerate, if you are buying something you are going to wear on your skin, do you feel comfortable with someone grabbing it fora long time? And it's not professional and I couldn't see every thing laid out in front of me. Secondly, when I asked her to show me some charms, she asked: "which one? I can't show you all. You have to tell me which one on the catalog." Woa. What a great attitude. So, my advice for y'all is just go to the store at SoHo or 34st, it might bit a big crowded, but you are paying for the products, you definitely don't want to pissed yourself off.
Upon entering the store (at the Atlantic Terminal Mall) my daughter and I were greeted in a plesant manner. I would like to thank Sanchel for Great customer service. Sanchel was extremely knowledgable about new items along with what was discontinued. Sanchel took the time to explain the various types of braclets for my duaghter and made the shopping experience enjoyable enough that we will be returning!!
