Both recent experiences here were very good. The DGD's wanted to get Mommy a bracelet for her birthday. We selected the band and charms, and they wrapped it up nicely. DD wanted a different style of band than we purchased, and it was simple to exchange. For their birthdays both DGD wanted to start a bracelet. Once we fitted the bands they each selected 2 beads. We will add on as future gifts. They love their choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Went here last night to purchase a gold bead for my mom. Got smashed with rude unhelpful retail girls. Asked for help and got told are you on the waiting list? When there is a waiting list it should be obvious to the customers walking in the store. There should be someone in the front of the store asking your name to be placed on the list. The girl was so rude when after waiting I finally asked for help as she was not engaged in helping anyone. She even said some smug comment as I was leaving the store. My mom and I love the Pandora jewelry line; and hope this can shed some light on the caliber of staff at this location. I wouldn't even write this, but it wasn't the first rude encounter difference is this time they lost the sale. A greeting and I will be with you in a moment goes a long way....
WOWWWWW just f***ing wow. Yo save your money honey, save your time boo and save your mental health cause this place is BOOF. So me and my friend walk up there and get stopped by this little ignorant girl and we are told we have to wait in line....ARE YOU SERIOUS? we have to wait in a line to see some boof a** jewelry??? G T F O Now we are stuck waiting in some stupid line while this girl (the employee) STARES AT US...no joke....just stares at us...like thanks? make us wait like peasants and then just stare at us.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE After 10 minutes we are FINALLY allowed inside the stupid tiny little store, and can see some ugly ass selection of jewelry...clearly i wasn't the one shopping here, my friend was, because i was ready to throw down honeyyyyyyyy ANYWAYS JUST AVOID THIS STORE. btw...the actual lady that sold us the jewelry was chill...shout out to you boo.
I love pandora products! I personally have a bracelet and 5 rings but this store is awful! I always buy pandora products because of the warranty and quality. This store is awful about fixing and replacing products and are super rude! If you need to shop pandora I recommend online or any other store! I would give 0 stars if possible
I went to Pandora today because I knew they have on sale! I had been waited on line about 2 hours (I still can understand Coz it was big sale) BUT they said help me only 30mins and then they will help next person! I started to feel (what the hell ?) I asked for some charms to look, but that lady said u can look at the booklist! WHAT IS THE POINT I go to the store to buy stuffs? and they didn't really show me the real things ? How can I know what is the real one looks like ? They are service is TOO BAD! Even thought she calculate wrong my bill. I was so piss off. BTW go back to waiting on line They didn't let people know that MUST be sign ur name on the paper (means you will wasting ur time to wait on line if u don't know have to sign in !)
Staff friendly, but clueless about their promotions. Was assured that the save $50 in $150 promotion would work online, but the day of promotion, went online to see it is in store only!!
Walk in into this Pandora with bright smile and warm greeting from Kathleen. The store is clean and girly. Kathleen is such a sweet sale assistant in Stoneridge Pandora!!! She is very attentive and very much patience with me all the time!!! Keep her to keep your business energetically grow!!!
The customer service is terrible and the associates need to smile more and be more approachable. I also noticed some associates who did not seem to be managers being extremely bossy towards other associates rather than focusing on the customers themselves.
My stars are just for the sweet young lady that helped my husband pick a ring for his sister. I think her name was Emily. She was very patient and answered all our questions even though the store was busy. I also appreciate the fact that she was not "pushy", as the people that work in that store often make me turn away because they are so aggressive. I am not sure why they have to be in your face and circle you like wolves. Emily was incredibly polite and gracious with us both.
Good costumer service lacks here. Came in today and bought $400 worth of bracelet and while checking out they won't give me a box to put my bracelet in, they offered me a small paper pouch. How tacky is that? All the jewelry I buy comes in a nice box so I can store it in there. While I was concern about not giving me a box a lady in training rings me up and keeps bugging me to sign the receipt, I told her to wait because if I wasn't getting a box I wasn't going to buy it. She was so rude and inpatient asked me twice to sign it. They finally got me a box but it was like at force. They also didn't have the bangle size I wanted. I came out of the store pissed of. I decided to go to Walnut Creek instead. I repurchased my stuff there and I was very satisfied with the customer service. I ended up going back to this store and returning my items.
The first thing I asked the sales.she said"they don't have that" Then I asked her for the second things she said"we don't have that" I'm like wtf are you talking about" That's new collection of your work. I just saw that last week how you guys don't have that.then she bring her manager and the manager found it.and found the for things I asked for too.how you can work there when you are not paying attention to your work. And I told them that's a birthday gift for my niece I need you guys to wrap it for me.then they said they don't have a box for the bracelet.omg what a Pandora store.i ever seen Pandora like this. Good thing I always shop at SF not here.
Thank you, Danielle, for all your help today. I really appreciate how much you helped me make my wife's birthday so special. You made it very easy to purchase the perfect gift. I recommend this store every time.
Came in tonight was about to get a bracelet for my bf's sister. I got through with the picking and everything when she packed it. I asked for a box and this lady went to ask ,probably the manager. She told me that they were out of boxes. Yea right. I came last time with my friend when she purchase hers and they told her the same and she didn't want it. But they gave her one just so they can sell the product. This cheap ass place would rather save on boxes than to satisfy their customers.
Great service from Liz! She really helped me get the perfect bracelet for my mom's birthday! She knew what she was talking about, answered all the questions I had, and explain the products well. I'd come back because of the great service!
From September 15 through September 18, they have this promotion. I bought 11 items from them yesterday. After consideration, I decided to exchange 3 of them with other different style items. Therefore I went to the store today to exchange the 3 items. Of course, I have to get into the line and wait. Then a lady with the signup sheet came out and asked. I said I wanted to exchange some of the items of my order. At the very beginning, she said you have to come back after the expiration of the promotion then you can exchange. But then suddenly she changed her expression and began to ask if I brought my receipt. I said yes and showed to her. She said oh no you can not exchange your items no matter when. I said not even after the promotion? She said CORRECT. Then she said, you have to bring everything back and return everything back then buy everything one more time. OK, then we have to go back home to grab everything and come back into the line again. Not speaking of the time we have wasted, I don't think this is an efficient way. If I want to exchange some items, why do I have to bring others that do not need to be exchanged? Why can't you just exchange the ones that I want to exchange. And I can pay the surplus if there is any. Or you can refund me the difference if there will be any. RIGHT? I thought we are in the 21st century and buying and selling should be simple. The second half of this story is: I brought back everything that I bought yesterday including the 3 items that I wanted to exchange. One lady helped us to find the 3 substitutes. For the other 8 items that I didn't want to exchange, they DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO THEM. Again, then what is the point and the reason for me to go back home and grab those items? I don't know. But this is the reason why I give a 1 star to this Pandora store. I would give a negative score if there is one though.
They have a new promotion of Free $75 worth of jewelry if you buy anything in store worth $100. So it was a good deal right? I came in and waited for 30 mins and one of the store associate kept passing by me smiling and stuff. Never did she say that I need to sign in to be assisted. So whhen she announced people who just came in signed before me so Im kinda irritated knowing that Ive been there for 30 mins. So when it was my turn, this lady who was assisting me didnt even want to show me the charms Im looking for. She had this attitude of rushing me too. Like if you are understaff, dont pass it on your consumers. Im buying something that is not cheap. Its a hard earned money that Im going to spend here.. If you get what I mean. So when I finally chose the items that I wanted, I told her that I have Pandora Card but I was not bringing it coz it wasnt actually in my plan to buy one for that day. Cant even use it to other retail store other than Pandora. Anywayz, she said they had to call the hotline to confirm everything. I said its okay. She asked for my last 4 SSN which I gave her. Then she wanted me to give her my full SSN. I told her I was not comfortable with that. So she told the manager that. So this nice manager said, she cant help me right now coz she will be taking some time helping other customers. She also said that she wouldnt be assisting me either. So nice of her to be called a manager. I was about to walk out but I decided to patiently wait. This store is not worth going. Id rather go to the one in Valley Fair Mall. They have a long qeue but they will actually time time to assist you. This store is not proffessional enough in assisting customers. You guys need to retrain about customer service! Specially that manager!!
I didn't want a Pandora. I was given one. I took it back, with gift receipt. I wasn't allowed to return it, not even to the credit card of the person who purchased it. I had to give it back to the person who gave it to me and ask him to return it. Unless you know FOR SURE that the person you are buying it for really wants a Pandora, and nothing else will do, don't get it. Remember those ridiculous zoppini bracelets? We all had one, there were charm stores everywhere, and they went out of style fairly quickly? I see that happening with Pandora. Except Pandora is a lot more expensive. No thanks.
Very impressed with my visit to this store! The girl who helped me, Liz, was super friendly and attentive. She was happy to answer all my questions and knew just what I was looking for. Definitely my new go-to whenever I come back (:
What girl doesn't love Pandora?! My go to store for charms and jewelry. Tons of choices and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Only downside is that sometimes there is a lack of staff.
I love that they opened a pandora concept store near Livermore. The sales people are all very friendly! Because this pandora is at stoneridge mall tri-valley residents don't have to drive all the way to oakridge mall in San Jose to buy charms. I don't like the random support beam in the middle of the store, but that can't be helped.
