*HIGHLY RECOMMEND* I was in the market for some Disney themed Pandora charms for my pandora bracelet. Although I've ordered them online through Shop Parks, I really wanted to see and experience pitching them in person. However after reading the previous reviews I was... Let's just say almost afraid to go there. I am pleased to say that my experience was nothing like the other negative reviews. The women and male cast member who helped me were all helpful, kind, accommodating, patient when my credit card had a fraud alert and I had to take care of it, sweet Disney loving people. They were simply amazing and I had great customer service. The reps who helped me were Vicky, Lindsay and Hector!!! UPDATE: I had an issue with my villains set as I noticed that they were all scratched when I took them out of he package. Well I went back on Saturday and Vicky was so kind and helpful and got me a set that wasn't scratched.
I always like to shop at this location because they sell Disneyland exclusive and regular charms. You also get a discount if you are an annual pass holder. They accept Disney gift cards, but not Pandora ones. It is a small location, so when the park is busy, you will have to wait a while. Everyone that has helped me here has been friendly and knowledgeable. NOTE: THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED HERE IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR THIS LOCATION!
My sister and I finished a day at Disneyland and we decided to stop by this Pandora store before leaving the park to look at their rings to get "matching sister rings." We came in and we were not acknowledged or welcomed. There were at least 5 girls working there all huddled and chitchatting amongst themselves. Kept looking over at us but not one bothered to ask if we needed help. Finally I asked for help to open one of the display cases. One of the girls opened it and she asked for my ring size and I tell her and she said with sass "Pandora does not carry half sizes" (ok i was just telling her the size I was told once by another Pandora worker). Anyway so she gives me one of the rings to try on a whole size bigger and I ask her for my size and she said they dont bring out the actual size unless Im for sure buying it because "ya know...its gold" like she expected me to run out of there with their oh so precious out of this world gold jewelry. She definitely seemed very degrading and possibly racist. I left very upset and even more upset that I didn't get any of their names to call them out! You'd think since this store is in the actual Disney park they'd hire friendly welcoming workers but nope. Go somewhere else with your money!!!
Bought my daughter a leather bracelet back in November 2017.... cost a pretty penny! She only wears it on special occasions. Went to put it on for maybe the fifth time and the leather pulled away from the metal attachment. Obviously a defected item! I really thought pandora backs up their products!! But no! I was told to go on-line and contact them... so I tried and there is no contact info!!! I would really like to hear from someone who can help!!
Super helpful workers! Very kind and also helped me indulge in trying on different kinds of styles of rings! Love each and single one of the ones I tried! Had one of the greatest day of my life shopping for rings that my bf was gonna buy me! Thank you guys for being so awesome and friendly!
This phone number needs to be corrected. I was calling expecting to speak with someone from the Pandora in New Orleans Square, but the number listed is for a mall in Florida.
Had great customer service with Maira.Love this Pandora Store. Will be returning soon.I love that it's inside Disneyland.Super cute store & its location.
I purchased two bracelets with several vm charms the heart ones fell off! Two separate bracelets, two separate hearts...and each Hratch that were identical fell off. They never called me back after leaving messsges. Booooo
This store is the worst place that I have ever purchased jewelry at, and I only did so out or this being the only location near me selling exclusive Disney Park charms. Basically, it is the afternoon, so all 3 employees are servicing customers. There are 3 customers, so I am next and stand behind the other customers. A few minutes later, two more guests arrive who proceed to walk around, then stand adjacent to me. Instead of asking the person who had been waiting the longest, the next two employees help the two ladies who came in and stood adjacent. After that, a new couple comes in while I'm clearly perturbed at standing around for nearly 15 minutes with no service and having not even been acknowledged. Shortly after they walk in, the employee wrapping up a deal goes out of her way to tell them that she will be right with them. I am just being completely ignored at this point despite the manager looking directly at me several times without saying a word. The woman that finally helped me was the only person who didn't just refuse to acknowledge my existence and was sincerely apologetic about the issue and thanked me for my patience. But one good employee while 3 decided I was invisible is just not enough for a decent shop. Will never be back, do not recommend any husbands buying jewelry for your wife to come as you may be ignored just as I was.
I came here 2 days in a row and both days I was helped by a wonderful lady named Kaitlyn. She was very helpful, attentive, and when I described something she knew exactly what I was taking about. Kaitlyn is an all around sweet and wonderful person. I can't wait to go back and do more business with her. Thanks for all you do, Kaitlyn!
Great gift for any girl! Shop is located inside Disneyland at the New Orleans Square across the exit of Pirates Of The Caribbean Ride. Very posh looking, clean and well lit. Most workers are very friendly and helpful. There are more workers than the counter space. It is quite small and is very limited for viewing. If you already know what you like to look at, you can ask someone to bring it to you without having to wait for the counter. If they ran out of a particular item, you can try your luck at World Of Disney in Downtown Disney and Off The Page in California Adventure. I had that happen to me twice and both times I was able to get it at the other places. There are Disney Park Exclusive Charms and bracelets! Be sure to check those out. There is a 3 of same design purchase limit-- I've seen some girls with crazy orders. To avoid problem if you like to buy more, check the other stores. The Murano glass ones for the Disney Princesses glow in the dark. Tested and true. **If you have annual pass, show it to them for discount!!
I went to pandora to go buy a bracelet and I was asking questions but being Disneyland I thought that they would be wonderful and sweet well it turns out that it was the total opposite I have never been so disappointed in my life ladies you are suppose to nice and welcoming and I did not feel that way at all customer service is very important to me so I left and went took my business to pandora in downtown Disney
Kaela was honestly beyond amazing!! My Husband and I walked in looking for charms to add to my bracelet for our 1st anniversary and She was so happy and excited for us it made the whole experience there so wonderful!! Highly recommended John or Kaela! They will make your shopping experience the absolute best!! Thank you!!
Disneyland pass holders can use their pass holder discounts towards Pandora jewelry purchases! I think that's a terrific deal and not sure if there are many discounts or offers towards Pandora jewelry otherwise! The prices are not hiked up due to being at Disneyland. If you have to return something you purchased from a Disney Parks Pandora, you can only return it at a Disney Parks Pandora. Anyways, the store is beautiful, bright, and small. It draws you in! I came in to find a charm for my mom, but I almost wanted to start a bracelet for myself. Of course, mostly Disney themed charms are displayed but there are more if you ask! I've encountered helpful and friendly customer service so far during my recent two visits. They allow you to take a closer look at whatever charms you're interested in and try on different bracelets. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase which I can't say the same about for other Pandora stores.
I have been trying to get my 14 karat gold Pandora bracelet repaired for three months. I have taken to a Pandora store who told me they don't do repairs but call the company. I have called, twice I was hung up on, once I was told to talk to a manager who was not there and to call back. Another time the message said to call before 3. I finally sent an email complaining about the poor treatment and I got an email back saying call the company. Do no waste your money on the 14 Karat gold bracelet, You get no help from the company if it needs repair. I am so disappointed with this company and I can not wear my bracelet. If I could give less than one star I would.
So I don't know how to rate this visit but I just left this pandora and the manager ERIKA was a bitch ! Not only was she rude to us from the beginning but she was rude to the nice lady that was actually helping us ( I didn't get her name ) I went in to return a gift for store credit or another item if I saw anything I liked but I didn't. So I told the girl who was assisting us to give us store credit she asked Erika for assistance but she said I can only exchange it. I informed her that I didn't like anything but again she said I can only exchange it. I then said so you mean to tell me that if I don't like anything I'm basically being forced to get something. And in a very rude way she said let me finish what I was doing first then I'll help you rolled her eyes and went along her way. The lady who was helping us said she was sorry about all this. Once Erika came she asked if I lived around the area I said yes then she gave me the store credit. So why the hell didnt she ask me that in the beginning !!!!!! When she finished she rudely gave it to the other employee and didn't say shit to us just walked away! And she's a manager! Really ! I am very upset .
Stopped by this store to show my boyfriend the bracelet I wanted for our two year anniversary. Was greeted once we stepped in. I asked this lovely woman if they had anymore Beauty and the Beast bracelets and she was more than happy to help. I didn't know my size and she was able to determine it quickly. I wish I got her name because she was super sweet and even laughed at my boyfriend's "dad jokes". The lighting is nice, and the workers seem very interested in helping you. Thanks mystery girl! I wish I have gotten your name because you were so kind. Definitely going to come back to purchase that bracelet.
This small space in New Orleans Square, Disneyland, used to be a pin trading store. Recently, it has reopened as a Pandora Jewelry retailer. I had a great CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. I checked out the shop on Valentine's Day because a friend had told me that the location was accepting the Annual Pass Discount. Count me in! As I walked around the store to look at the jewelry, one of the Pandora associates asked about our day and made other polite conversation. Being Valentine's Day, the store was pretty packed, but she made space for me to be fitted for one of the CHARM BRACELET bands. She explained all of the add-ons that are possible and showed me a very beautiful, but expensive combination. I decided to think on it over lunch and told her I'd return and find her. Sure enough, being in Disneyland, she gave no protest. When I came back hours later, she remembered what I had tried on and didn't pressure me to buy more than what I was interested in. A DISNEY CAST MEMBER did the checkout. I wore the bracelet out of the store and she gave me the jewelry box to keep it safe at home. I couldn't think of a better location in the park for this store! There is no official website for this store, but you can always check out updates on the Disney Blog website. It's great that they accept the ANNUAL PASSHOLDER DISCOUNT! http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2015/02/pandora-jewelry-and-other-gift-ideas-from-disney-parks-for-valentines-day-2015/ More photos can be found here: http://micechat.com/94155-luigis-flying-tires-disneyland/
Surprisingly rude customer service. I shop at the Pandora in Downtown Disney frequently and have always experienced wonderful service. However, the two times I've been in this store I've been treated like I don't have money, I don't belong, or they just don't have time to be helpful. The first time this happened I wrote it off as a weird fluke. Today I came in looking for a gift and the store was packed so I expected to be helped slower. That would have been fine if the ladies working were helping anyone at all. They spent the entire time talking to each other and, when I got their attention, acted extremely put out when I asked them if they had any current deals or anything new. The most help I got was them pointing out the rows of park exclusive charms before they went back to chatting. I'm sorry, but Pandora is extremely over priced for what it is. If you want me to part with this much money at least act like your customers are worth your time. The store is cute at least?
I went in to this shop to purchase more charms for my bracelet. I was helped by Justine who was a real 'treat' to work with (I think, but there is a taller lady with a similar name like Justline- she was very sweet). When I got to the counter, she told me they have some of the traditional/ non-Disney charms available. So I was asking for ones that I specifically knew Pandora carried. I she searched for one or two but most she told me they ran out of/don't carry/ tried to push something she thought was similar (like I asked for the Japanese doll because I lived in Japan for 2 years- she kept throwing the Chinese doll at me- I said I didn't want it, but she kept suggesting it). This back and forth went on- I asked if I could see what other charms they DO have- she said she wasn't allowed to show me... WAT?! I was at the shop earlier in the week and they were all too happy to pull out a tray and let me look and touch. What am I supposed to do? Guess? This shouldn't be like playing Charles or the guessing game! I asked for something ballet- she pointed to the ballerina in the case and said they have some others and just stared at me... ok... WHAT OTHERS?! COULD YOU MAYBE SHOW ME WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE HERE?! Then she was putting together my bracelet- when I would suggest the way I want the bracelet set up, she told me why what I wanted was wrong. (I ended up taking the whole thing apart when I got home and like it better my wrong way). The whole process was like pulling teeth. The shop was packed worth people waiting to be helped. I came help but feel the way they work with customers here is inefficient, especially when working with someone who seems set on making the experience terrible. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because some of the other staff is really nice.
