The Lenox Mall location opened 6 weeks ago, located near Bloomingdale's & Nine West. The store is fairly large (for a Pandora store) and offers a wide variety of rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. I recently stopped by in search of a birthday gift for my sister. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by the bubbly & vibrant David! Together we found the perfect ring for my sister... because we were unsure of her size, we decided to get the ring in my size and if she doesn't like it, then I can just keep it for myself :-) Pandora Jewelry is affordable with prices ranging from $15 - $1,500.
I went into the store knowing what i wanted. I asked for the largest bracelet the had with the mom charm and was in the store for over 30 minutes. Very unorganized. Could not even print out a gift receipt. All the bracelets accommodated a very small wrist and ended up not fitting despite what the sales person said SO the gift has to be returned. I honestly would prefer being told that you don't know over selling me something that does not fit. I would return everything had i not shipped it to my mom for Mother's Day. Will not be shopping this location - EVER.
I came here simply to exchange a duplicate charm I received as a gift because none of the Birmingham locations would exchange it because they are franchises and wouldn't accept exchanges from the eStore. This location is a corporate store, so they are able to do exchanges. To my surprise, Pandora was packed! However, they had a sign in sheet, which made things more efficient. The associate switched my Eiffel Tower charm for a Statue of Liberty and had my bracelet cleaned. Upon heading to the checkout, Shay (the manager I believe) noticed my current Eiffel Tower Charm was bent and she exchanged it with the one I returned. She also saw that my end clamp was missing a rhinestone, but they did not have it in stock. Although I purchased this clamp in Birmingham, they were unable to find the receipt/proof of purchase so it can be replaced. However, Shay found it with ease. I'll be back this weekend to get it replaced.
I came in on a Wednesday around 3ish to get my bracelet cleaned. I had been told before that they do complimentary cleanings, anytime, whenever. I was under the impression that this meant at all times of the year. Apparently not since it was the holiday season. They told me I couldn't get my bracelet cleaned until after the new year. I came when the store wasn't busy. There were two girls that weren't helping anyone. I would have understood if it was on the weekend when they were slammed. They also couldn't tell me whether this was a store wide policy, so I could go to another store and get it cleaned. I'm really disappointed in the customer service today from this store. Won't be coming back to purchase any future jewelry from this particular pandora.
Stepped into this Pandora twice in total. My first experience was downright awful. I never own anything from Pandora, just there to buy a gift card for my friend's daughter. The staff who attended to me seemed shocked I just wanted to purchase a $25 gift card. She went like "only $25?" I was so turned off by such condescending treatment. I don't see Tiffany's staffs were that "shocked" when I went in to purchase two pieces of polishing cloth for $5 each. My 2nd visit was last Thursday, went in with my friend who wanted to buy a charm. I guess since I was not the paying customer, nobody bothered to attend to me or interact with me. Might as well, they probably will be shocked if I wanted to buy another $25 gift card, lol!! Since the staff that day seemed to be nice to my friend, I will bump this review to a 2 star.
I cannot say enough about the great service here! Catherine, Jontae, and Julie went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that my service was satisfactory! After a messy breakup, I wanted to replace a bracelet and clean charms! I was not only given suggestions on better ways to help make my jewelry last longer, I also got a full refund for the damaged bracelet, allowing me to buy an even better one!! Love the service here! My go to Pandora store now!

Waited for 30 minutes before finally asking someone if they could help me. Then they directed me to a sign in sheet with about 20 other people in front of me. I already know what I want to buy but yet I still have to wait. Wish I would've known about t sign in sheet before waiting so long.
Victoria and her entire staff lack customer service skills and basic retail professionalism. First off, I was greeted by a gentleman, but apparently he handed me off to another associate who acted like she completely hated her job. Then, I presented her with a Pandora coupon to check to see if they would accept it before I stood in that long line wasting their time and mine. Of course the associate didn't know so she had to go ask someone else. Well, that person did not know either and took my phone to go show it to a "manager." They came back with my phone and proceeded with the sale. I picked out my charms and stood in another line to check out. Of course they stayed they were not cleaning jewelry because of the holidays (that's when you should be doing it the most but ok). Then as I approached the cash register another associate allowed another customer to jump in front of me. Patiently, already on the brink of going 0 to 100 I let that go too. Finally it was my turn to check out. Victoria who was the supervisor on duty stated that she could not accept the coupon. She stated it was only for the store I purchased my last pandora from. That is not what the coupon said, plus I purchased online so she was just. Moving up with something at this point so I politely asked how she was going to allow me to stand in line for 20+ minutes and both of her associates allowed me to pick out charms AFTER I asked if they would honor the coupon. She claimed I could talk to a store manager the following day. I asked for everyone's name including the store manager. Victoria proceeds to tell me she is the store manager. Wtf?! So you the help, the supervisor and the store manager but you were about to just dismiss me off with some BS that I could speak to someone else tomorrow and that someone was HER!! I will never shop at this unorganized establishment again. Pandora needs to take a closer look at these franchised operations and the reputation that these inexperienced children are leaving on their brand.
Very friendly staff. No Atlanta or Georgia charm.
